WEEE Rücknahmeprogramm
Elektrische und elektronische Produkte können sich negativ auf die Umwelt und die menschliche Gesundheit auswirken, wenn sie nicht ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden. Daher ist es wichtig, dass sie am Ende ihres Lebenszyklus getrennt gesammelt und ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden.
RF-Design hat sich unter Anderem zum Ziel gesetzt, dass in Verkehr gebrachte elektronische Geräte immer langlebiger zu produzieren und daher über der gesamten Produktzyklus umweltfreundlicher werden. Die Abfallmenge soll dadurch reduziert und die Ressourcen besser genutzt werden.
Was muss ich beachten?
ALTGERÄTE GEHÖREN NICHT IN DEN HAUSMÜLL
Die europäische Richtlinie (2012/19/EU) regelt das Sammeln, Behandeln und Recycling von Elektroaltgeräten.
Anhand des Symbols nach Anlage 3 zum ElektroG können Besitzer Altgeräte erkennen, die am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer getrennt vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall zu erfassen sind. Das Symbol für die getrennte Erfassung von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten stellt eine durchgestrichene Abfalltonne auf Rädern dar und ist wie folgt ausgestaltet:
Sie sind als Verbraucher dazu verpflichtet, Elektro- und Elektronikaltgeräte sowie Batterien und Akkus getrennt zu sammeln und an einer zugelassenen Sammel- oder Rücknahmestelle, zum Beispiel beim lokalen Wertstoff- oder Recyclinghof, abzugeben.
Rücknahme von Altgeräten
RF-Design ist ebenfalls zur Rücknahme von Elektroaltgeräten verpflichtet. Diese Pflicht ergibt sich aus § 7a ElektroG in der Fassung ab dem 01.01.2022.
Wir bieten unseren Kunden daher auch die Rücknahme der gebrauchten Altgeräte an, welche durch RF-Design an einen Entsorgungsfachbetrieb zur fachgerechten Entsorgung gegeben werden.
Wenn Sie Altgeräte an uns zurückschicken möchten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter admin@rf-design-online.de. Hierfür benötigen wir einige relevante Angaben von Ihnen, um die Rücknahme abwickeln zu können. Nach der Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit durch unseren Service wird Ihnen ein Retourenetikett zugeschickt (per E-Mail) mit dem Sie die Rücksendung der Altgeräte durchführen können.
Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Altgerät bei Abgabe an den Abholdienst paketpostfähig verpackt ist. Bitte bedenken Sie, dass Sie für die korrekte Verpackung des Altgeräts verantwortlich sind, sowie dafür, dass nur rückgabeberechtigte Altgeräte versandt werden (keine anderen Gegenstände oder Verbotsgüter).
Die Rücknahme von verunreinigtem Elektro.- und Elektronikgeräten lehnt RF-Design ab, wenn die Verunreinigung eine Gefahr für die Gesundheit und Sicherheit darstellt.
Hinweis zum Datenschutz
Auf zu entsorgenden Altgeräten befinden sich teilweise sensible Daten, die nicht in die Hände Dritter gelangen dürfen. Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass Endnutzer von Altgeräten eigenverantwortlich für die Löschung dieser Daten auf den zu entsorgenden Altgeräten sorgen müssen
Bitte beachten Sie außerdem folgende Hinweise:
Das abgegebene Altgerät kann nicht mehr an Sie zurückgegeben werden.
Es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises oder Restwertes.
Das Altgerät wird nach den Vorgaben des Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetzes verwertet.

Wir sind bei der Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register (Stiftung EAR, Nordostpark 72, 90411 Nürnberg) als Hersteller von Elektro – und Elektronikgeräten unter der WEEE-Reg.-Nr. DE 71687004 registriert.
WEEE take-back programm
Electrical and electronic products can have a negative impact on the environment and human health if they are not disposed of properly. Therefore, it is important that they are collected separately and disposed of properly at the end of their life cycle.
One of RF-Design’s goals is to make electronic devices on the market increasingly durable and therefore more environmentally friendly throughout the entire product cycle. This should reduce the amount of waste and make better use of resources.
What do I have to pay attention to?
OLD APPLIANCES DO NOT BELONG IN HOUSEHOLD WASTE
The European Directive (2012/19/EU) regulates the collection, treatment and recycling of waste electrical equipment.
By means of the symbol according to Annex 3 to the ElektroG, owners can identify old appliances that are to be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste at the end of their life. The symbol for the separate collection of electrical and electronic equipment represents a crossed-out wheeled garbage can and is designed as follows:
As a consumer, you are obligated to collect waste electrical and electronic equipment as well as batteries and rechargeable batteries separately and to hand them in at an authorized collection or return point, for example at the local recycling center.
Taking back old equipment
RF-Design is also obliged to take back old electrical equipment. This obligation results from § 7a ElektroG in the version from 01.01.2022.
Therefore, we also offer our customers to take back used appliances, which is handed over by RF-Design to a specialist disposal company for professional disposal.
If you would like to return old equipment to us, please contact us at admin@rf-design-online.de. For this we need some relevant information from you to be able to process the return. After checking for completeness by our service department, a return label will be sent to you (by e-mail), which you can use to return the old equipment.
Please ensure that old equipment is packaged in a way that is suitable for parcel post when it is handed over to the collection service. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the correct packaging of the old device, as well as for the fact that only return-entitled old devices are sent (no other objects or forbidden goods).
RF-Design will refuse to take back contaminated electrical and electronic equipment if the contamination poses a health and safety hazard.
Note on data protection
Some of the old devices to be disposed of contain sensitive data that must not fall into the hands of third parties.
We expressly point out that end users of old devices must take responsibility for deleting this data from the old devices to be disposed of.
Please also note the following information:
The discarded old device can no longer be returned to you.
There will be no refund of the purchase price or residual value.
The old device will be recycled in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act.
